九	九州九州 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 流石広島ですね‼️レベル高し‼️ 美味しかったですが、私的には魚粉が要りませんでしたねー? 知ってたらナシにしたんですが、次回は魚粉無しで頼もうと思います‼️(個人的に魚介系があまり好きではないので.....) .....というか、せっかくのクオリティの「豚骨醤油」にどうして「魚粉」入れたかね.....？？？?んー。謎。チャーシューはトロトロゴツゴツ系で美味しかったです? あと食べ続けてたら豚骨醤油の風味が分からなくなる系のラーメンでしたので、追加醤油があれば尚良かったですね〜 (替え玉が出来ないから良いじゃん、って話なんでしょうけど、そういう問題でもないんですよね〜) ご馳走様でした‼️ ラーメン激戦区広島の名に恥じぬラーメンでした❤️ It's Hiroshima, isn't it? ️High level! ️ It was delicious, but I didn't need fishmeal ? If I knew it, I wouldn't do it, but next time I'll ask for it without fishmeal! ️ (I personally don't like seafood so much .....) ..... It was a ramen that I couldn't understand the flavor of pork bone soy sauce if I continued to eat it, so it would have been better if there was additional soy sauce ~ (It's okay because you can't change balls, but that's not the problem, isn't it?) し	しゃくよう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩豚骨が食べたくて『黒ニンニク塩とんこつ』をいただきました。最初はニンニク油部分を混ぜずに素の豚骨を味わうと、豚骨の甘さを引き立てるぐらいかな？と思ったら、以外にも塩味がしっかり効いてました。しっかり目の塩味が、クリーミーな豚骨の輪郭を支えている感じで、黒ニンニク油をいつ混ぜるか悩む。名残惜しくも器の底から混ぜると黒ニンニクのコクと香りが加わり、美味さ激増でした！焼豚は肉厚ですが、ホロホロでした。ビールと焼豚で一杯できるな！と思ってたら、夜のメニューに『豚をのっけた、もやし』がありました（笑）個人的には、もやしと麺はもう少し硬めが良かったなーと感じましたが、美味しくいただきました(^-^) 入店し席に着くと店員さんが鞄入れを準備してくださったり、たまたま感染症対策の仕切りのため、席幅が狭い場所に座ってたら『奥の席が広いですから変わられますか？』と気遣いを頂いたりと、とても素敵なお店でした！お店の駐車場は、店の入口前に1台分と、道路向かいに2台分あるようですが、混雑時は近くのコインパークがいいかもです。 I got "black garlic salt tonkotsu" because I wanted to eat salt pork bones.
