事務所は出来て三年位の新しくてトイレもキレイでした。

最初に伺った不動産はとても感じが悪く怖いイメージがありましたが、こちらのお店の担当者様(ヤマベさん)は本当に気さくでこちらの要望に合ったお部屋を提案して頂きました。。
私自身も接客の仕事に携わっていますが、勉強させて頂くことばかりで本当に驚きでした。
他不動産でも物件は見たりしましたが、どうしても私がヤマベさんのご紹介で初めての賃貸契約をしたい！と思い2度目の来店で素敵なお家に出会えました。ほんとうにありがとうございました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 直射日光に当たって眩しがりながら20分待っていても、見て見ぬふりをされました。マニュアル通りではなく、気遣いをしていただきたいものです。
入居しても部屋の中にゴミがまだ置かれてある状態でした。掃除などされているのでしょうか、、、
何回ミスがあって問い合わせをしても、他の会社のせいにして全く謝っていただけない対応にはびっくりしています。
