★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件の良い所から悪い所までたくさん教えてくださいます。大手さんの所では良い所しか伝えられませんでしたが、竹千代住宅さんで後から聞くと事故物件であった事が分かりそこに決めないで良かったなと思いました。個人でされているようですが連絡対応も迅速で、契約後の電化製品の大きさの測定なども一緒に行って頂けるようです。なにより住む人のことを考えて下さるとても熱意のある方でしたので、竹千代住宅さんにお願いして良かったなと思います。
とても親身に対応して下さいますのでオススメです。
