★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 能勢が実家なので、久しぶりに嫁さんとお昼をくるす定食いただきました。
うどんはコシがあり、アゲは甘くてお出汁も毎回飲み干してしまいます。
本当に美味しいです。
約30年前、隣のGSで高校時代バイトしてたので昼食や夕食時にカツ丼やうどんをよく食べてました。店内の雰囲気や味も変わらず、また大将も元気そうで何よりです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度目の利用です。何気に、さりげに、美味しくいただきました。鴨、雉、熊等を使用したものばかりで無く、きつねうどんもあります。この美味しいは、当たり前に美味しいので、私の中では普通に美味しいとなるわけなのですが、丼の中身をすくう、スプーンが止まらない…。そういうお味です。
長く続いているお店なのですが、その理由もわかるような気がします。
コロナで、開いているような、閉まっているようなお店が多い中、ちゃんと開いてくれているお店は、応援したいです。

前からツーリングバイク?がよく止まってるお店?気になってたので突撃訪問…テーブル席に案内?メニューを見て、猪鍋定食とキジ鍋定食を注文…15分弱ぐらいで鍋が目の前に…早速火を?自分でつけて、火加減も自分で?猪肉?を鍋に投入…猪肉?からひと口…うーーーん微妙?相方のギジ肉も微妙みたい?ご飯もマズイ?次の訪問はないです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの雰囲気のお店。店構えは古いを通り越してもはや骨董品のような歴史を感じる味のある雰囲気です。入るのに勇気のいる外観ですが、入ってみれば店員さんが皆とても愛想がよくアットホームな雰囲気。座敷とテーブル席があります。
きつねうどんと鴨の炊き込みご飯のセットをいただきました。麺はおそらく冷凍麺ですが出汁がとても美味しく、ご飯も優しい味で美味です。
一般のうどん、丼メニューが一通りありお手頃価格です。
ジビエのメニューもいろいろありましたがコチラは少し割高感を感じる価格設定でした。話の種には良さそうですね。今度来たときは頼んでみたいと思います。

I had a set of rice cooked with kitsune udon and duck. The noodles are probably frozen noodles, but the soup stock is very delicious, and the rice is also delicious with a gentle taste.
There is a general udon and rice bowl menu, and it is reasonably priced.
There were various game menus, but here was the price setting that felt a little expensive. Sounds good for the story. I would like to ask when I come next time.

お店の雰囲気も良くお味も悪くはなかったのですが、定食に付いている小鉢が酷すぎてショックでした。
小鉢はきんぴらでしたが、ものすごく量が少なくて間違えて誰かの食べ残しでも乗っているのか？とすら思うほどでした。
これなら小鉢がついていない方が 満足出来たかな…というのが正直な感想です。

The atmosphere of the restaurant was good and the taste was not bad, but the small bowl attached to the set meal was too terrible and I was shocked.
The small bowl was kinpira, but the amount was so small that I mistakenly got on someone's leftover food? I even thought.
In this case, I'm honestly thinking that I was more satisfied if I didn't have a small bowl.

しし鍋定食を頂きました。
特に気になる匂いもな頂けました。うどんの量が多めのようで一旦沸騰したら弱火〜中火にしておいた方が鍋底に付かなくて良いかと思います。
肉は薄いので一度に全部入れると最後のは火が入りすぎて硬くなるので、都度入れる方が良いと思います。

I also got a particularly worrisome smell. It seems that the amount of udon is large, so once it boils, it is better to set it to low to medium heat so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
The meat is thin, so if you add it all at once, the last one will be overcooked and hard, so I think it's better to add it each time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熊肉⁉️が一度食べてみたくて興味津々で伺いました。
国道からは大きな赤提灯が目印です。
駐車場にはなぜか大天狗様の石像❗
そして店先のショーウィンドウには熊、鹿、雉、鴨の剥製が、いらっしゃ〰️い❣️とお迎えしてくれます(; ﾟ ﾛﾟ)
あ〰️今からこれ、食べるのね、、、(--;)
お店はレトロな雰囲気で良い意味で能瀬のイメージを裏切りません。
お店の方も愛想よくて、いい感じです。
熊鍋定食をいただきました?
すき焼き風味付けで卵で頂きます。野菜もタップリで、うどんも入っているので男性でも充分な量だとおもいます。
熊鍋の熊肉は油が多い部位で、その油が汁に深みを出して野菜とうどんが凄く美味しい❗
卵を絡めると濃厚さが増す気がします。
熊肉は火を通すと硬めになりますが、
味は猪と鯨を合わせたような何とも例えようのない風味でした。一度、体験されてみて下さい(笑)
店構えもなかなかユニークで、珍しい熊肉を頂くことができてとても満足です。
寒い日でしたが、熊鍋を頂いたあとは体がホカホカして薬膳に使われるだけあるな〰️
と感じました。
