★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鯖寿司が美味しい。お土産として買って帰れるしお店も蕎麦屋さんなので定食として食べることができる。そば、うどんは出汁は美味しいけど麺は普通。鯖寿司の鯖は肉厚で美味しい。
 Saba sushi is delicious. You can buy it as a souvenir and go home, and the shop is also a soba restaurant, so you can eat it as a set meal. Soba and udon have delicious soup stock, but noodles are normal. The mackerel of mackerel sushi is thick and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木造家屋が、良い感じ。木の香りが懐かしい感じがします。うどん定食をいただきましたが味は普通。付いてる鯖寿司がメインだと考えると食べる価値はあります。値段もリーズナブルでオススメ。
Wooden house feels good. I feel the nostalgia of the wood. We had a set meal of udon, but the taste is normal. It is worth eating if you think that the attached Saba sushi is the main. The price is reasonable and recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイクでのツーリングで訪れました。自分の好物である、とろろそばと鯖寿司がセットになった奇跡の定食「みたけ定食」を頂きました。私は鯖寿司があれば頻繁に食べるのですが、その中でも３本の指に入る旨さです。付け合せのガリと一緒に食べるとサバの脂、ご飯の甘みと相まって美味です。神戸方面から下道１時間半程で来れるので丁度いいツーリングスポットではないでしょうか。なおバイクはお店の前には停められないので向かいの「特産館ささやま」さんでお土産購入ついでに停めさせてもらいました。

別の日に猪肉とろろそばを賞味しました。濃厚なとろろに甘辛く煮た猪肉が加わり、ウマし。まさに丹波篠山ならではの食べ物と感じられ、山の栄養をたっぷりと吸収できました。贅沢な逸品でした
I visited by touring on a motorcycle. I had my favorite "Mitake set meal", a miracle set meal that includes tororo soba and mackerel sushi. I often eat mackerel sushi if I have it, but it's one of the three fingers I eat. When eaten with gari, it is delicious with the fat of mackerel and the sweetness of rice. It's a good touring spot because you can come from Kobe in about an hour and a half down the road. The motorcycle cannot be parked in front of the shop, so I stopped at the "Specialty Museum Sasayama" across the street to buy souvenirs.

I enjoyed wild boar meat and tororo soba on another day. Add the sweet and spicy wild boar meat to the thick tororo, and it's a horse. I felt that it was a food unique to Tamba Sasayama, and I was able to fully absorb the nutrition of the mountain. It was a luxurious gem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in here for lunch after wandering around the castle. A great place with a lot of character in the building and a simple, well made menu. I had wild boar soba, which was full of flavour and quite filling.
As expected the place was quiet due to the State of Emergency, but I hope it gets a buzz back when things return to normal.
