★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鬼の釜近くからの登山口から登り、砂川の森へ下るルートで登りましたが、砂川の森へ降りる自然道は傾斜がきつい所があります。滑りやすいので、注意が必要です。
 I climbed from the trailhead near Oni no Kama and went down to Sunagawa no Mori, but the natural road down to Sunagawa no Mori has a steep slope. Be careful as it is slippery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頂上には複数面の曲輪があり、広かった。合戦が二回あったらしいが、ともに攻撃をしのいだと。
毛利方に属した城で、備中高松城水攻めの時に自刃した清水宗治の娘が城主に嫁いだらしい。
西には、秋葉山、井山城跡、その対岸にある尾根の荒平山城跡、その背後の正木山が確認できた。
その裏側には、鬼身城跡がある。毛利と対峙した三村元親の弟が城主で、眼下に見える高梁川の右岸の伊與部山にあった夕部山城に入った小早川隆景と対峙したことになる。
ここからの景色は戦国の屏風絵の構図のようだ。
There were multiple curved rings on the top, and it was wide. It seems that there were two battles, but they both survived the attack.
It is a castle belonging to the Mori clan, and it seems that the daughter of Muneharu Shimizu, who had self-bladed when attacking Takamatsu Castle in Bichu, married the castle owner.
To the west, you can see Mt. Akiha, the ruins of Iyama Castle, the ruins of Arahirayama Castle on the opposite bank, and Mt. Masaki behind it.
Behind it is the ruins of a demon castle. The younger brother of Motochika Mimura, who confronted Mori, was the lord of the castle, and he confronted Takakage Kobayakawa, who entered the Yubeyama castle on Mt. Iyobe on the right bank of the Takahashi River.
The view from here seems to be the composition of the folding screen painting of the Warring States period.

高梁川 吉備路が一望出来ます。
鬼ノ城に来られたら是非経山城跡に寄って見て下さい。
The road was maintained as I expected.
You can overlook the Takahashi River and Kibiji.
If you come to Kinojo Castle, please stop by at the ruins of Kinojo Castle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鬼ノ城の休憩所から歩いて下りました。
途中で山に入りソコから、山道を登ります。途中傾斜があるので、歩ける靴で行くこと。また雨後は地滑りするかもです。
休憩所にあった、写真の遺構がよくわかりませんでしたが、それっぽいものを撮影して帰りました。
I walked down from the rest area of Kinojo Castle.
Enter the mountain on the way and climb the mountain path from Soko. There is a slope on the way, so go with walking shoes. It may also landslide after rain.
I didn't really understand the remains of the photo at the rest area, but I took a picture of something like that and went home.
