渡	渡辺裕二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 総社宮から門前町に出た角にあるまちかど郷土館。明治43（1910）年に総社警察署として建てられた明治洋風建築のひとつで、県下に残る数少ない歴史的建造物のひとつ。ちなみに県下では、岡山市市立図書館の敷地内にある旧極東幼稚園舎（八角園舎）が有名。八角の屋根の下、玄関の石段を上がり中に入ると１階２階に分かれていて、総社（備中）の伝統産業が展示されています。中でも「富山の薬売り」で有名な戦後の薬売りは、実は「備中売薬が発祥だったこと」を示す展示は素晴らしいです。 The town corner local museum located on the corner of Soja Shrine in Monzen-cho.
