t	take umo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は全ての患者に対して親身にお話をしっかり聞いてくれ、説明も分かりやすくいつも素晴らしい対応です。その為、待ち時間は長くなりますが信頼出来る病院です。しかし、受付の対応は非常に悪いです！！！！！ホスピタリティのかけらも無く、上から目線で横柄な対応をしてきます。あげく患者に指をさしてスタッフ同士でコソコソ話…。何様なのでしょうか。先生や看護師の方が素晴らしいだけに非常に残念で、何度か通わせて頂きましたが今回の対応があまりにも酷かった為、もう行きたいと思いません。あの対応で今までクレームが来なかったのでしょうか。大変なお仕事だとお気持ちは察しますが、患者の立場になって考えることが出来ないなら仕事を変えた方が良い。 The teacher listened closely to all the patients, and the explanations were easy to understand. T	TT N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0歳の子供の胃腸炎と風邪で2回お世話になりました。先生はきちんと目を見て話を聞いてくださりますし、看護師さんも気さくに話しかけてくれます。設備が整っていて、2回ともその場で検査と検査結果についての説明がありました。例えば胃腸炎の時は便を採取し、ロタウイルス等の菌(?)が検出されたか否か、風邪の時は採血をし白血球の値等について説明がありました。先生から”こういう症状があと○○日位続きます”や、”こういう症状が出たらまた受診してください”など説明があったので、帰宅後も焦らずに経過観察できました。風邪でお世話になった時は、熱は平熱より少し高い程度だったのですが、38.5度を過ぎた時様にと解熱剤の処方がありました。その時点ではこれくらいの体温で解熱剤は必要？と思いましたが、夜にどんどん体温が上がり苦しそうになりました。事前に先生が解熱剤を処方してくださっていたおかげで、夜中の発熱にもすぐ対応できました。乳幼児の体調不良は親の方が不安になりますが、しっかり子供の様子を診て、親の疑問にも答えてくださる先生なのでこれからもお世話になる予定です。他の方のレビューにある様に、初めて受診した際は受付スタッフの印象が悪かったです。が、2回目に訪れた時は前回お見かけしなかった、とても感じの良い方が担当してくれました。 I have been taken care of twice by a 0-year-old child with gastroenteritis and a cold. As in the reviews of other people, the reception staff had a bad impression when I first visited the clinic. However, when I visited for the second time, a very pleasant person who I did not see last time was in charge.
