When Ichigo Daifuku came out, I thought that Daifuku mochi was red bean paste, and it was a Western-style cake shop that used fresh fruits because there was a difference between grained bean paste and strained bean paste. It is white bean paste that wraps the fresh fruit. The raw material for white bean is white kidney beans. Ordinary red bean paste is azuki beans, so it has a reddish color. The soft, thin-skinned rice cake dough that wraps around it is made of shiratamako and sugar. Shiratama-ko is a powder made by subtracting glutinous rice. Remember that you can make it in the amount of Shiratamako: 1, sugar: 1, and water: 2. Put it in a heat-resistant container, add water little by little and stir it so as not to get lumpy. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute to mix, then heat for another 1 minute to mix, heat in 1 minute to mix, and finally, if it becomes transparent in 15 seconds, it's done.
