★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ数年味噌もやしラーメン一本だったんですがふととんこつも食べたいと思い初めて味噌ラーメン以外を注文してみました。こちらのお店の良い所は、いつもアツアツで提供してくれる所。そして味も津軽にありがちなしょっぱ目ではなくちょうど良い味加減。沢山のもやしもただ茹でられて湯切りして冷えた物ではなくラードで適度に炒められたアツアツのもやし！個人的に総じてクオリティの高い美味しいラーメンだと思います。休みも不定休という事ですが今まで行って休みだった事はなし、いつ休んでるんでしょう？お身体は大丈夫なんでしょうか？スタンプカードも期限はないようで、会計500円毎に一つスタンプを貰えます。2020.2.16

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていたので行ってみた。駐車場は店の脇の歩道に3台ほど停められる。昼なのに客がおらず、ムムッと思ったが、ミソラーメンを注文。スープは野菜の風味があるやさしい味。麺は西山製麺のものらしい。全体的にもっとインパクトがあればいいと思った。

Although it was noon, there were no customers, so I thought it was stuffy, but I ordered miso ramen. The soup has a gentle taste with a vegetable flavor. The noodles seem to be from Nishiyama Seimen. 市内では唯一のお店、今日はもやしみそラーメンを食べました。
第一印象もやしの山でかなり食べ応え有り、麺がなかなか見えません。
中太麺にアッサリみそ味野菜の旨味も加わりなんとか完食、お腹いっぱい食べたいならオススメ、麺の量も選べます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに駐車場がわかり難いですね。味は薄口ですが、出汁はしっかりしています。始めてだったので知らなかったのですが、注文は取りに来るのではなく、こちらから伝える方法だったとは…いくら呼んでも来ないなぁ～と思って見たら、二人で身構えていた(笑)
Certainly the parking lot is difficult to understand. The taste is light, but the soup stock is solid. I didn't know it because it was my first time, but I thought that it was a way to tell from here instead of coming to pick up the order ... I thought that no matter how much I called, I was holding up with two people (laugh)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辛味噌ラーメン800円をいただきました。味、出るまでの早さ、量ともに満足点で、スタッフの女性の方もテキパキされて感じが良い印象でした。喫煙可のようで、愛煙家の方には今のご時世喜ばれるんでしょうね。嫌煙の私としては、わかってれば入らなかったと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 低評価の店を見ると絶対に行かないと思うよりどれだけ酷いのか見てみたいと思う私です。
他のレビューにもある通り、普通のラーメンとしか言いようがないです。味はあっさりといえば聞こえはいいですが、あまり味がしません。
札幌ラーメンとあるくらいなので味噌はまあまあです。何か特色があるわけでもないのでコメントしにくいです。不味いよりはマシであろうか。
ただ、画像の冷やしラーメンはよろしくありません。塩味と書いてあるのですが、なにか味がする水と言ったところです。味見したのかなこれ？と思いました。1番美味しかったのはラーメンに入っていたトマトです。
あとチャーシューが残念なんですよね。硬いのはまあいいのですが、こちらは味が濃すぎるのか、まあ不味いです。
接客は良かったです。私しかいなかったので余裕があったのでしょう。最悪な接客をされたら即座に悪い評価を書いてやろうとウキウキしていたのですが、良い意味で裏切られました。

However, the chilled ramen in the image is not good. It says salty, but it's just water that tastes something. Did you taste this? I thought. The most delicious was the tomatoes in the ramen.
Also, I'm sorry for the char siu. It's okay if it's hard, but maybe it's too strong, it's not good.
The customer service was good. I was the only one, so I guess I could afford it. I was excited to write a bad evaluation immediately when I received the worst customer service, but I was betrayed in a good way.
