Y	Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去にこちらの会社経由でクリニック紹介を受けた者です。紹介されたクリニックですが、違法行為のオンパレード、医師は精神的に問題あり、受付スタッフの態度もめちゃくちゃ、保健関係も手続きを全然してくれない杜撰なところを紹介されました。こういったことは事前にわからないのか疑問です。当時半年ほどで30人ほど人が辞めているクリニックだったようで、そういった情報を本当に持っていないのだとしたら、情報取集能力の低い会社だと言わざるを得ません。紹介されたクリニックと別のクリニックも個人で応募していたのですが、そのクリニックの悪いところを私に話、なんとかそこを辞めさせようとしていたんだなと、後になって気付きました。さらに、エージェントの方、私がコーヒー奢ってお金返してくださいませんでした。求職者に集るとか終わってますね。メガネをした背の高めの男性でした。名前は忘れました。上記の内容は結構前のことですけど、今もたまに思い出して腹が立ちます。は

y	y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 求人の問い合わせに対する初回の電話を受けた際の話です。 ◯川さんという方。まず早口で何話してるかわからず聞き返したところ、笑われた後にゆっくりと話された。求人内容に出ていなかった部分(企業名)を先に仰られ、聞き覚えのある場所だったため確認して折り返すといったところ、そーゆー方って勝手に自分で応募とかするんですけどこちらが情報提供して知り得た情報をもとに応募や就職に結びつく場合、法律的にアウトですからと言われた。言いたいことはわかりますが勝手に、自分で応募する奴みたいな扱いをされました。応募や案内の際に経歴とか必要になるから希望や経歴教えてと言われましたが、態度が悪かったのでお断りしましたところ、5分くらい我慢してと。こちらもめぼしい求人じゃなければ個人情報を教える必要性を感じません。というか、そんな態度の人に自分の就職先を任せようなんて思う人いないかと。その後焦って上司？に泣きついたのか、上司？から謝罪電話がありましたが、抽象的な表現のみでどの辺が申し訳ないと思っているのか、という感じ。まず本人が謝罪したうえで上司が謝罪するべきではないかと。全てにおいて無責任さが伺えますね。実績稼ぎたいのはわかりますが、信用・信頼されなきゃ無理でしょうね。転職活動中の方、この企業に限らずですが言いなりにならないよう、お気をつけください。 This is the story when I received the first call for a job inquiry. ◯ Mr. Kawa.
