★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通の民家の一角で、最高級の川根茶味合うことの出来るcafeです。ワークショップ形式で、川根茶の特徴や美味しい入れ方、温度の違いで変わるお茶の味等…丁寧に説明してくれます。もちろん、実際に温度を計りながら違いを味わいました。名物の茶筒羊羮と、金平糖がついて700円です。塩郷の吊り橋を渡ったら少し足を伸ばし、遠くに大井川鐵道を眺めながら一休みにはちょうどいいかも？最後に出がらしのお茶の葉を、ポン酢で頂きます。これが中々美味です！良いお茶の葉は、出がらしまでご馳走でした。
A cafe where you can taste the finest Kawane tea in a corner of an ordinary private house. In the form of a workshop, Kawane tea will explain the characteristics of the tea, how to make it delicious, the taste of the tea that changes depending on the temperature, etc ... Of course, we tasted the difference while actually measuring the temperature. It costs 700 yen for the specialty tea candy sheep and confetti. Is it just right for a short break over the suspension bridge in Shiogo and a long break overlooking the Oigawa Railway? Lastly, let's have the tea leaves of pomegranate with ponzu. This is a good taste! A good tea leaf was a treat until it came out.
