★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たしかに短いです。線路上をケーブル輸送する際の落下防止に作られたトンネルだそうです。観光のための看板はありますが、周辺は住宅地で駐車場もありません。静かに観光しましょう。隣接の地名駅（じな）ホームから眺めるのが良いと思います。

There are signs for sightseeing, but the surrounding area is a residential area and there is no parking lot. Let's go sightseeing quietly. I think it's best to look at it from the adjacent Jina Station platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『日本一短い鉄道トンネル』は、群馬県吾妻郡の国道145号線沿いに在り、野菜輸送の大型トラックがすぐ傍らをバンバン走る『JR吾妻線』で見た事がありましたが、『八ッ場ダム』建設の為に線路までが移転し、現在『日本一短い鉄道トンネル』は『大井川線』の『地名トンネル』になりました。
何故此処だけ『コンクリート製トンネル』が？
近づこうにも茶畑の脇に在り、勝手に入る訳にも行きません。
トンネル上部には樹木が茂っている処を見るとかなり以前からあったのでしょうけど。
残念ながら詳しくは分かりませんでした。
