2週間の入院予定なのに、入院生活が耐えきれないと一週間で自主退院?
入院手続きを夕方にした当日の20時には退院することになりました。
家の中はまだ介護ベットはないし、とりあえず車椅子が必要なのに、近くにはレンタルできるお店はありません?
ググって見つけたのは、『神戸市中央区社会福祉協議会』のinfo?
何と、車椅子を1ヶ月無料で借りられるとのこと?
介護保険で、家族の体型や用途に合った車椅子をレンタルできたので、18日後の返却になりました?
本当に助かりました?
軽くて使いやすいスタンダードタイプの車椅子でした。
