名	名無し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6月末に移転され、無くなりますが一応クチコミ。 KIITOに仮移転し、2027年頃？に完成する高層ツインタワーに入るみたいです。まず狭いです。なので座席も本も多くない。建物自体も古い上に利用者が多いので綺麗とは言い難い。小汚い恰好の人や変な人も多いです。 10年ぐらい前でしょうか。近くに三ノ宮駅の入り口が出来るまではもっと閑散としていました。地方の図書館かと思うぐらいには。現在の座席の後ろの窓の前の、土が剝き出しになっている所に野良猫が居たり、テントが張られていた（ホームレス村？）り、中々カオスな場所だった記憶があります。 It will be relocated at the end of June and will disappear, but it is a word of mouth.
