鈴	鈴山京 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬の蟹懐石は何度も行きましたが、今回夏は初めてです。囲炉裏でいただく海鮮懐石も絶品でした? いつも子供連れで大勢でお邪魔していますが、ゆっくり楽しませてもらってます。浮島の名物女将もお元気そうで安心しました。また今度蟹を食べにいきますねぇ❗ I've been to crab kaiseki in winter many times, but this is my first time in summer. The seafood kaiseki served in the hearth was also excellent ? I always have a lot of children with me, but I am enjoying it slowly. I was relieved that the famous landlady of the floating island seemed to be fine. I'm going to eat crab again next time ❗

I was very impressed with the crab sashimi! Yakimono, pan, porridge and full stomach. There was a hearth in each room, and the family could have a relaxing meal. I got Niseko as a souvenir and made miso soup at home. I definitely want to go again.
西	西田拓 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅先にきたので少し背伸びした食事をと思いGoogle検索でこちらに辿り着きました。結論から先にいうと絶対おすすめです本来は予約制のお店のようですが、当日の予約にも快く対応くださりました。おかみさんも娘さん（？）も接客が気持ちいい気立がいいっていうかアットホームな感じで良かったです料理の味も量も大変満足です。とにかく雰囲気がいいですねいろり囲んで蟹って最高です。また来ますね Since I came to a destination, I thought about a slightly stretched meal and arrived here by Google search. First of all, I definitely recommend it. Originally it seems to be a reservation-based shop, but they were willing to accept reservations on the day. Both mom and daughter (?) K	Kちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテルの周辺でカニを食べられるお店を検索していてたどり着きました。あまり情報が無く不安でしたが、囲炉裏があり、全室個室というところにも惹かれここに決めました。当日のお昼にダメ元で電話してみましたが、快く夕食の予約を受け付けてくださいました。その日は、13000円のコースしかないとのことでしたが、ボリューム満点でとっても満足のいくお食事でした。方言がすごい女将さんは、旅行に来たなー。と実感させてくれてとてもいい思い出になりました。調味料が一切テーブルに置いていないので、雑炊を味変したくなっても我慢するしかありません笑言えば出してくれると思いますが、せっかくの繊細なお味なのに失礼でちょっと言いにくい...笑あとお冷のピッチャーがお醤油や料理酒等が入っているペットボトル？だったのは少し驚きました... きちんと洗浄されているとは思いますが、それでもなんか気分的になんとも言えない感じになりました(^_^;) I arrived while searching for a restaurant around the hotel where I could eat crabs. Our course started with delicious sashimi, moved to grilling, then to nabe which had more crab then you can eat. Ended of with rice in the nabe. All in all, it was a great meal for the price we paid! Remember to ask the shop for guidance on grilling the crab, the meat will get less jucier if it's grilled too long. During the nabe, I highly recommend boiling the crab a bit longer than what is recommended by the shop as the meat will get sweeter and meatier texture!
