り	りりー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の夕方、近くまで行ったので夕飯にと訪問しました。予約を取っていなかったので店内は満席でした。男性の店員2名が後一時間半程で席が空くと案内され、名前と連絡先を伝えて時間を潰しました。案内された時間を３０分位過ぎても連絡が来なかったので再度店に行き、ホールの女性の店員に話を聞くと既に別のお客さんが座っている席を案内してきて説明が理解できずにいると、連絡先を聞いた男性店員が出て来て｢ヤバイ！｣とでも言いたげな顔をして結局まだ満席だから入れないとの説明をしてきた。さすがにこれ以上待てないので、もう良いことを伝えて店を後にしました。それから１時間後に連絡が来ましたが電話を取る前に切れてしまい、再度連絡が来るか待っていたけど特に連絡がも来ず。接客が全てにおいて最低でした。予約をせずに来店したのもコロナ禍の中外食しようとした自分たちが悪いのかもしれませんが、自分たちのサービスレベルで出来る範囲のことだけやってればいい。客の名前も間違えて伝えるなんて店としてレベルが残念すぎる。肉の仕込みをする前に従業員に接客の仕方を仕込めと言いたい。満席になるくらい人気が有るから、自分たちが２度と行かなくても、何の影響もないだろうけど二度と行かない。 On Saturday evening, I went to near dinner so I visited for dinner. g	gwai c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去埼玉縣玩，友人在網路上看到這間燒肉店有特殊部位——豬乳房，所以就去試試啦。星期日晚上六時左右到達，店內環境很不錯，相比一般燒肉店，這間樓底非常高，乾淨，桌子與桌子間的空間也足夠，坐得很舒服，店員服務態度也很好。我們叫了一碟牛大腸（還是小腸？忘了），因為牛脂肪超多，在燒的時候很講究技巧，有位戴眼鏡的男生店員趁有空閒的時候就會過來幫我們烤，以免炭爐上一片火光熊熊...幾位店員都超好的。餐前送了一客炖牛雜小吃，好吃但有點鹹，配酒剛好吧。至於萬眾期待（？）的豬乳房，口感跟想像中的完全不同，一點都不油膩！值得一提的還有牛舌和炸豬肝，前者厚厚的嫩嫩的，後者外酥內嫩，都超好吃的～其他部位就一般般吧，沒驚喜也沒失望～整體來說，環境食物服務都值得再去～ I went to Saitama to play, and my friends saw on the Internet that there is a special part of this roast meat shop-pig breasts, so I tried it.
