鮮度とボリュウムは、いわゆる大手スーパーとは比較にならないですね！
販売価格もバランスがとれてあり、納得がいくものですから、魚介好きの拙者は週3回位は食べたい所です。

養殖マグロですが、養殖とは思えないほど、美味しい大トロ、中トロ、赤身です。
For sushi and sashimi, we mainly handle tuna. The tuna for this sushi was Date Tuna, a branded tuna from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture.
Although it is a farmed tuna, it is so delicious that you can't think of it as farmed.
