基本のもりそばは、のどごしも良く丁寧な仕事をしているなと思わさせてくれる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 加須市が地元の私としては加須市の山福さん、久喜市の蕎麦屋さんと言えば、風庵さんが一番ということになります。
蕎麦のおいしさもさることながら、旬の食材を使った天ぷらも見事です。また、そば茶もとても味わいがいい。
初代のご主人が作る蕎麦も美味しかったですが、2代目のご主人になっても味は格別です。
いつも旬の物があるのが、蕎麦屋さんとしての魅力を高めています。
今日は家族でふきのとうの天麩羅を頂きました。
春の到来を感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店い入った瞬間、そばの良い香りが漂っていました。通常のそば(恐らく2:8か？)と10割そばを選べます。10割は割増。そば、つゆ、天ぷら全てが美味しかったです

蕎麦 つゆ 濁りがある蕎麦湯で満足度高いです。
ただ１つ言わせて貰いたいのは 提供された時につゆの器がなかったので「器を貰えますか？」って伝えたら、「３味はつゆをかけて食べるものです」との事
何故美味しい蕎麦とつゆ 蕎麦湯を自ら楽しませようとしないのでしょう？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みな値の割には、量が少ないかな。店員さんのマニュアル通り的な接客も気になった。折角の蕎麦のように柔らかく対応して欲しい。
