午後1時頃でしたが大盛況で駐車場もたくさんあるのですが
やっと停めれるほどでした。
初めてなのでお隣のご年配におすすめを訊ねたところ
ちょうど女将さんがみえて迷わず
『まぜそば』！と素晴らしい笑顔で勧めていただき
注文。
麺のワシワシ感がハンパない美味しかったです。
ちょうど中津川焼きそばのようにテーブルの
お酢や醤油ニンニクをかけてアレンジするシステムです

まぜそば(普通盛200g)¥800をいただきました！
食べた人達に美味いとは聞いていましたが、本当に美味いですね！
麺が東京・浅草開化楼の麺を使ってるらしく、この麺がめっちゃ美味かったです！
わざわざ東京のほうから仕入れてるんですかね？
あとチャーシューも秀逸でジューシーでとても噛み応えもあり、こちらも美味かったです！
ワガママを言えば追い飯無料が欲しいところ！
でも、麺を食べ終えるとほとんど汁が残ってないので無理なのかなw

ここは、まぜそばがウリ？美味しかったです。
見た目よし、味よでした。ただし、とーってもお口が臭くなるのでご注意を^ ^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで伺いました。日替りランチ750円を注文しました。ラーメンは薄味で胡椒を多めに入れてちょうどいい感じでした。ボリュームはありました。ただ店員の態度があまり良くないし常連と無駄話してました。タメ口だし田舎だから接客態度多少悪くても客は来るのかな？(笑)会計時もありがとうございましたの言葉はありませんでした。
