美味しいです。土曜日の14時過ぎに来ましたが、満席で5人が並んでいました。人気店です。ラーメンのメニューは坦々麺と普通のラーメンの二種類で至ってシンプル。あと大盛とかチャーシュー麺にするというオプションと多少のサイドメニューがありますけどね~ あまり悩まなくて済みます。ラーメン屋の王道です。 味は人気店だけあって、数多のラーメン屋のなかでもトップクラスといっても良いでしょうか。 と、ここまで書くと誉め殺し過ぎるかとも思い、粗を少々。オーダーは入口の券売機で購入して店員さんに手渡しするシステムのようです。初めて来店した私はこれを知らずに行列に並んでいたところ、後から来たお客さんが先に券を購入して店員さんに渡していました。このシステムの案内が無いとトラブルになりそうで不安です。味については麺は私の大好きな腰のある中太縮れ麺で文句なし。スープもよく研究されていて濃厚だけどくどくなくて、素晴らしい。ひとつだけ私の意見を言わせてもらうとするなら、鰹節が効きすぎて、若干苦味がありスープの甘味をスポイルしている。まあ個人的な好みなので、カツオダシが好きな人にとっては加点かも。 以上、五ツ星の実力店とは思いましたが、今回は星四つとしました。前田家ファンの皆さん、ごめんなさい。

When I first came to the store, I was lining up in a line without knowing this, and a customer who came later bought the ticket first and handed it to the clerk. I'm worried that I'll be in trouble without guidance on this system. As for the taste, the noodles are my favorite chewy, medium-thick curly noodles, and I have no complaints. The soup is also well researched and rich but not too heavy and wonderful. The only thing I would like to say is that the dried bonito flakes are too effective and have a slight bitterness, spoiling the sweetness of the soup. Well, it's a personal preference, so it may be an additional point for those who like humans. As mentioned above, I thought that it was a five-star store, but this time I chose four-star. I'm sorry to all Maeda fans.

小さい時から慣れ親しんだ地元のラーメン! いつも坦々麺と餃子。 豆板醤とラー油、にんにくをいれて食べます。 本当に無性に食べたくなる。 常連客はだいたいわかめトッピングします。 モゾ近くに住んでる西区民はスガキヤのような地元のラーメン屋さんといったらこことみんないいます。 本当に麺も太く美味しい! すぐ顔も覚えてくれます。 この辺の学校の先生もよく行くラーメン屋さんだと思います。 子供産まれて自分も子供にこの味を覚えてほしくていつか連れていきたいです。 豆板醤いつもくれます。 勝手に麺も固めにしてくれます。 メガ目の亭主さんは小さい時から立ってて会いに行く感じ。 だいたい車で来る人が多いので人の人数を車入ってくる時、外から歩いて来る時もうそのお客さんのこと考えてはい、何名入ってくるよーとか言ってます。 いつまでも美味しいラーメンを続けて出してください。 あー食べたい。

平日19時頃来店 席はカウンター、奥に座敷あり 食券後着席(持ち帰りあり) 初めての来店です。 お店の名前で家系なのはわかった。 チャーシュ麺ワカメトッピングを私は注文 連れは担々麺を注文 カウンターから作ってる所が見渡せる餃子は焼で無く蒸していた。 ワカメも蒸していた。 ご飯は間違って提供してしまったら回収してジャーに戻していた。 ラーメン スープのお味は家系の割にはあっさりしており私は好み 麺は太くはないが食べごたえあり。 チャーシューはとろける! メンマは普通。 ワカメ案外いい仕事してる! 連れの担々麺は 連れの感想はあんまり辛くない 担々麺っぽくない。 との事でした〜。 19時40頃から怒涛の お客さんラッシュで待ち。 緊急事態宣言で20時までなのでなのか?

午後2時時過ぎの遅めの昼ご飯で訪問。 超空腹だったので、よくばり注文。 チャーシュー麺W(1,020円) メンマ(110円)、煮卵(110円)と豪華ランチにしました。 前田家さんには何度も来てますが、ひと口スープを口に含むと20数年前に万楽でラーメンを食べた時の感動を思い出す味。 今の万楽ではもう味わえない旨さ。 2時過ぎなのに次から次へとお客さんが来ます。味も最高ですが、万楽時代から変わらないご主人の接客対応も繁盛の理由だと思います。

ランチの遅い時間まで空いてるお店に。 カウンターとテーブルとあって、担々麺の気分なので担々麺を。 お店の前に駐車場あって停めれます。 ピーク時は満車だと思います。 担々麺というよりラーメンのアレンジした感じ。 辛さは控えめでラー油をくれるのでお好みの辛さに。さほど辛くはなりません。

I think it is full at peak times. It's more like a ramen arrangement than dandan noodles. The spiciness is modest and it gives you chili oil, so you can make it as spicy as you like. It doesn't get too hot.

Really Delicious food , maybe i went there at a busy time because it was full of people . So the wait was annoying however staff were very nice and welcoming plus service was top notch . Feel bad for the staff who looked understaffed but loved the place. Left me full!! ??
