S	S U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みそラーメンと聞くと、塩辛いイメージがありましたが、全くそんなことはなく、スープも全部飲み干せました(笑) 味はひと言では表現しがたく、良い意味で複雑な味です。おそらく、魚介や野菜の出汁もブレンドされているのではないでしょうか？仕上げ？の青海苔が秀逸です。麺やスープを引き立たせてくれてます。トッピングで青海苔追加、アリだと思います♪? 他のコメントではレベルが低いとの意見もありましたが、そんなことはないと思います。開店間もないので、本店？のマニュアルから少しそれてしまっているのかも知れませんが、それを差し引いてもこの評価が妥当だと思います。スタッフの方も懸命にサービスされてましたし、雰囲気も悪くないと思います。 When I heard that it was miso ramen, there was a salty image, but there was no such thing at all, and I drank all the soup (laughs) The taste is hard to express in a single word and is a complex taste in a good sense. You can choose the spice level of the ramen and add extra toppings if you want too. Dropped in for less than half an hour and left stuffed and satisfied. Great stuff.
