純	純米吟醸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺屋あさの。北名古屋市に去年7月オープンしたラーメン屋さん。場所は以前「池メン」があった場所です。前から気になってはいたものの、コロナの影響で営業時間を短縮されていたのでなかなか伺うことが出来ませんでした。今回ようやく普段の営業時間に戻しての営業を再開されましたので、行くことができました。普段の営業は24時まで。これがありがたい。私がいただいたのは、・煮干しあっさり特製ラーメン麺の大盛は無料なので、もちろん大盛。スープは煮干しベースでかなりあっさり。麺が大盛なこともあって、途中からあっさり過ぎて物足りなく感じるかも。チャーシューはこちらのお店も流行りのレアチャーシュー。美味しいです。麺は細ストレートでモチッと歯応えも良く、綺麗に盛られていています。閉店間際でしたが、快く迎えていただきありがとうございました。少し遠いですが、また次は渚の担々麺をいただきに伺います。 Menya Asano. f	feb ee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ というわけで、ランチのお時間です。今日は、軽くラーメンでも。現在地から、ラーメンで検索。こちらの麺屋あさのさんに決めました。駐車場に一台空きがありましたので、すかさず駐車して、店内へ。若い店主がラーメン屋らしからね笑顔で迎えてくれます。こういった、対応は嬉しいですね。券売機から、目星をつけていた、あっさりつけ麺味玉付きをポチッと。カウンター席に着席。しばらくして、着丼。麺線がきれいすぎて、ハッとします。まさにアート。箸入れるのもったいないぐらい綺麗。冷やされてシメられたこの麺には、最初から和出汁に浸かってでてきます。そのままでも召し上がってください。と言われましたので、まずはそのまま。あら、めちゃくちゃうまい。貝なの？昆布なの？よくわかりませんが、いきなりうまいです。そのうまい麺をさらにつけ汁に浸していただきます。これまた、魚介濃くなりさらにうまい。正直今まで、あまりつけ麺に対して、いいイメージがなく、つけ麺経験もさほどではなく、ラヲタでもなく深いことはわかりませんが、このつけ麺ちょっと私好きです。大盛り無料とのことで、大盛りにしてもらいましたが、あっさり完食です。まだ、食べ続けたいイメージでした。ちょっとつけ麺の概念を覆された、いい日になりました。店主は、笑顔で見送ってくれました。また、行きます。ごちそうさまです。 so, It's lunch time. N	Natsuko Takeuchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼ごはんに利用しました。魚介豚骨ラーメンです。魚介スープのあっさり系ラーメンもあります。煮卵、九条ねぎがのっているメニューもあります。メンマの追加トッピングもできます。つけ麺用に温め直し用の電子レンジがおいてあったり、食べ終わったあとに汁を足して飲めるようにポットが置いてあったりします。(おいしかった！) 熱盛できます。だそうです。大盛り無料です。麺の硬さは4段階で指定できます。かためで注文しましたが、しっかりかためでした(好み)！笑旦那曰く、ラーメンのチャーシューは美味しいけど、チャーシュー丼のチャーシューはイマイチ、らしい。欲張って煮卵月の魚介豚骨ラーメンを注文したのですが、お腹パンパンでした…。ボリュームはしっかりあります。店内に流れている音楽はGLAYとかイエモンとかSMAPで、壁にはhideグッズがかざってあったり…店長は30代後半から40代前半と予想！店員さんが流れる音楽を時々口ずさむ感じがゆるゆるっとしてて、居心地がよかったです。笑お店の前の喫煙所らしきところには謎の置物たち…。全体的に謎が多いです。笑消毒用アルコールはお店に入る扉の手前にあります。ちゃんと美味しいので、また行きたいです。 I used it for lunch.
