いつもの大海老天ざるの大盛りを注文。
お値段は1700円位でした。
まず出て来た蕎麦は、細打ちで適度なコシと粘りがあり、冷水で締められ喉越しは良かった。
天ぷらは、ナス、舞茸、カボチャ、ピーマン、生姜、しし唐、大海老１本、全７品。
衣の量はふつうでサクッと揚がっていたが、人手不足からか下処理が甘く、大海老が少し固かった。
店内につまらん色紙が全く無いことに好感！
 It seemed busy today because I was alone.
I ordered a large serving of the usual shrimp tempura.
The price was around 1700 yen.
The buckwheat that came out first was finely squeezed, had a moderate elasticity and tenacity, and it was tightened with cold water, so it was a good throat.
Tempura is eggplant, maitake mushroom, pumpkin, bell pepper, ginger, shishi tang, 1 shrimp, 7 items in total.
The amount of batter was normal and crispy, but due to lack of manpower, the preparation was not so good and the prawns were a little hard.
I like the fact that there is no boring colored paper in the store!

10月14日、今日はおすすめのまいたけ天ぷらそばを主人と食べに行って来ました。まいたけの天ぷら沢山ありお腹いっぱい満足、満足!!!

みぞれきのこのつけ麺風なお蕎麦も美味しそうでした。
I ate Maitake Tensoba and Sobagaki. I am very satisfied with the plenty of Maitake mushrooms.
The tsukemen-style soba noodles with sleet mushrooms also looked delicious.
