今はカラッと変わりましたが香りが懐かしくおいしいです

蕎麦つゆは昆布だしが効いていて塩気もちょうど良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦があまり美味しくないと感じました。(新蕎麦のせいろを頼みましたが、蕎麦の香りとか風味とか何も感じないし、喉ごしもよくない。切り方もバラバラというか美しくないです。)お茶も出さなければ、注文もとりにこない。試しに入ってみたのですが、残念ながらもう行くことはありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅街の一角に有るそば屋さん。手打ちそばにオーナーの拘りを感じました。麺、茹で具合、つゆ、どれも大変美味しくいただきました。今度は日本酒と一緒に所望したいと思います。

11時半過ぎに伺ったのですが、ご夫婦？二人でやられているのか少し待ちます。
すぐにお茶は出してもらえました。
