What is Tsuketen? Tsuketen is Soba Noodle with Soup, which you can order either Hot or Cold Soup. It's served with Massive Shrimp Tempura.
First time I have this is during my internship in Yokohama. After that I'm started to love soba, finding another great shop both in Japan and Thailand but still Kadohei is unbeatable.
My Tsuketen is Middle sized which cost around 1280 Yen (Include Tax)
There are 3 sizes of Tsuketen :
• Regular : 1,210 Yen (est. for 1 Person)
• Upsize to Middle : +70 Yen (est. for 1 Person & Half)
• Upsize to Big : +110 Yen (est. for 2 People)
Anyway, I really recommend you come here and try this!

It's a favourite for new year's eve soba and the queue can be uptown an hour. But, if you can hold out in the cold and endure the wait, the giant tempura shrimp ought not be missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had delicious soba, tsuketen, and katsudonburi here. Could be considered slightly pricier than average but well worth the authenticity and freshness. No line and plenty of seating at 11:30am on a weekday but was full by 12pm when we left. No English menu provided.
