K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度と行きませんね！人間ドックは検査値だけ。説明ナシ！遺伝子検査して見たかったので、不便な場所ですが2019年の人間ドックをここで受けました。検査に精密検査が必要ならお電話しますと胃カメラの際に先生に言われましたが、帰り際受付ではそのような電話はいたしませんと。。？まずここで不信感でしたね。一週間後、病院から電話ですぐに来て欲しいと電話がきました。ビックリしますよね？でも、内容は電話では一切教えられないの一点張り。仕事を休んで行くほどのことなのか全く判断できないというと先生と話してくると言うといい、結局結果が着いたら、病院に行けとのこと。モヤモヤしましたね。そのあとも2週間結果は送られてこず。電話したら、やっと送りますとこのこと。どういうつもりなのか神経疑います。人間ドックのあと、病院からすぐに来て欲しいと言われるヒトの気持ちは理解できないし、検査に対する説明書も誰に書いているのかわからないヒドいレベルですね。 I will never go again! Y	Yoshiaki Hagihara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こういう、地の利だけで成り立ってる病院は早く淘汰されれば良いと思う。体調がとても悪かったので原因を探りたくて人間ドックを利用した。問診票に「気になることがあったら記入してください」というような自由記入欄があったので、いろいろと気になることを書いた。しかし、人間ドックの問診のときに僕の疑問については何も触れられることなく会計となった。流石にそれは困ると思い受付の人に「問診票に書いたことについて何の話もないんですけど」と言ったら「しばらくお待ちください」と言われそののちに再度診察室に通された。聞きたかったことのうち半分については「その辺の検査はこの人間ドックではしないんだよねー」と言われた。このあたりは僕の事前調査不足もあるので仕方ない部分もあるかと思う。藁にもすがる思いで申し込んだので正常な判断もできてなかったと思うから。でも残り半分の悩み事に対して、「こんなことで悩んでるんだ（笑）」と笑われるだけで何も対策を示されなかったのはとても嫌な気持ちがした。医者以外の人たちは総じて感じ良く対応してくれる人が多かったように思う。ただ、受付の「お局的な人」が全体の雰囲気を台無しにしてるような気がした。気のせいかもしれない。 I think it would be good if hospitals like this, which consist only of local interests, were eliminated as soon as possible. A	Aifric Hellion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方の対応が不親切でした。年に一度の健康診断の予約を取る際に、他の病院でも行われている特定の検査項目を追加したいとお伝えしたところ、間髪入れずに「その検査とは？どのような検査を行うのですか？」と逆に聞き返され、返答に困りました。挙げ句、調べもせずに、「どういう検査かわからないものは、予約のしようがありません」と言われ、閉口。希望の検査項目が無いのは仕方がないとは思います。しかし、この受付の方が、問われている検査項目がそもそもKSPクリニックさんで提供できるものなのかを調べる気が全く無い事が驚きでした。因みに別の検診クリニックに、同じ検査項目を追加したいとお伝えしたところ、受付の方が直ぐにお調べしてくださり、3種類の検査方法あることと、それぞれの費用を教えてくださり、無事予約を取ることが出来ました。言うまでもなく、KSPクリニックさんの予約はキャンセルいたしました。 The receptionist was unfriendly.
