★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方々が談話していて対応悪い印象受けましたが、診察してくださった女性の先生と看護師さんは丁寧に診察してくださり、こちらからの質問にも分かりやすい言葉で説明してくださり好印象でした。平日朝に行きましたが、混雑しておらず直ぐに診察受けれました。
場所は、HPの地図を参考に行ったら見つけられず迷ったので、事前に細かい地図で調べておくことをおすすめします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不織布マスクをつけていないと診察してもらうことが出来ないので注意してください。不織布マスク以外はダメです。どれだけスキマのないフィルターに拘っている医療用同等品であっても不織布マスクでなければダメです。不織布マスクをつけていれば、スキマだらけでも鼻を出していても問題なく受診出来ていましたのでご安心ください。ただ、着用しているマスクについて説明したら「じゃあどうぞ、どうせ医師に言われますけどね」と言ってもらえて受診出来ます。重ねてご安心ください。

私が原因不明のかゆみが全身に出て半年以上、どの病院に行っても蕁麻疹で済まされ、処方された薬を飲んでも塗っても、痒みはひどくなるばかりで、夜になるとさらにひどくなり、こちらの皮膚科の先生相談したところ、内科で調べてみることになり、こちらの内科の先生がとっても親身に詳しく調べて下さり、おかげで蕁麻疹とは全く違う別の病気と判明しました。
本当にこちらの内科の先生に出会っていなかったらと思うと怖いです。
それ以来もともと持っている持病もあり、毎月お薬をもらったりお世話になっていますが、あまりおすすめして混んで欲しくないですが、皮膚科の先生も内科の先生もご夫婦どちらも親身に診察くださる本当にとってもいい先生です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱し受診できる病院がなかったため救急医療情報センターで紹介していただき連絡したところ、急な電話にも関わらず当日の最後の枠に予約を入れてくださいました。受診し、PCR検査を受けましたが、先生の対応は親切でした。説明も簡潔で分かりやすかったです。電話応対してくださったスタッフの方も親切で感じが良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付が不明瞭。こちらにも非があるかもしれないが、特定の症状はないが生理休暇を使うには会社から念のため診察が必要と言われ受診したい旨を伝えると、『症状もないのにですかぁ？笑』と電話口にて。
その後も待ち時間の案内も不明瞭かつ受付の感じの悪さが半端ではありません。
案内もなく謎の個室に通され、いつまで待つ、目安がどれくらいとの案内も皆無。
11時半ごろ病院へ電話し、混雑状況を伺うと12時半に来ますか？と言われたのでもうすこし前は難しいでしょうか？と伺ったところじゃあ直接お越しくださいと言われすぐ11時45分頃向かうも結局12時45分をすぎてもなんの案内もなし。
建前での謝罪すら一切なし。
２度と行かないですね。最低です。

診察をしてくれた内科の先生(男性)はとても物腰の柔らかい方で、とても話しやすかったです。
採血や身体測定をしてくださった看護師さん？(眼鏡の女性)もとても優しくしてくださって安心できました。
ただ健康診断の予約は電話でしましたが、電話口の女性の態度には少々問題があるかと思いました。
一般健診をお願いしたいと伝えたところ、健診の内容がHPに書いてあるから確認してから電話をかけ直すように言われたので、必要最低限のものだけでいいと伝えるもHPを確認しろの一点張りでした。
HPには項目が書いてありますがどれが必要なのか私には分からず…。
あれこれ質問してる内に、説明の態度も高圧的になり…
一般検診で必要最低限のラインというか、これは受けなくてもいいとか、これは受けるのをオススメしますとかあると思うのですが…もう少し臨機応変に対応してもらいたかったです。
HPには『使途に応じて項目も形式も違うこともありますが、きめ細やかに、スピーディに対応しています。 受付窓口またはお電話で、お気軽にご相談ください。』と書いてあるのに、気軽に相談なんて出来たもんじゃないです。
最初の電話のみなら 星1つですが、診察してくださった先生方の印象はとても良かったので星4つです。
健康診断以外なら初診の方でもネットで予約ができるみたいなので、ネットでの予約をオススメします！

受付の感じは良かったので星2つにしました。ドクターは会話が通じなくて驚きました。他の医院で塗り薬をもらっていることを伝えてもスルー。
とりあえず重複してる薬はないか確認とかしないのでしょうか？（お薬手帳持っていると問診票記載済み）
何個か質問しましたが、話が通じなかったので諦めました。子供だから無料でしたけど、あれにお金は払えません。もう行かないです。

遅刻の人は、二番のあとに呼ばれます。
私は毎回ネットで予約して、もうすぐ順番に来る時必ず着くようにしています。ところが、毎回1時間以上待ちます。今日みたいに本当に納得できません。私の前の番号が呼ばれたあと、私の番号じゃなくて、遅刻の人が5人も呼ばれていました。受付に聞いてみたら、また二人が来てないので、もしその2人が来たら、私より先に呼ばれますとおっしゃってました。
それで、ちゃんと順番を確認して来る意味がありますか？
ネットで自分の順番がきてから行くなら、二人を待てば診察してもらえます。
ちなみに、子供の湿疹で伺いましたが、もらった薬はなかなか効果がないです。ほかの皮膚科を当たってみます。もう二度と行きません。
