★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いの紹介で、内視鏡検査＆大腸ポリープの切除をやってもらいました。
日帰りでの治療が可能とのことだったので、日帰りで。
切除自体はすぐに終わるし、痛みもありませんでした。
先生（女医さん）の説明も丁寧でよかったです。

受付の方には待ち時間の目安を教えてもらえるので、席は外しやすいです。
待ち時間長いですが、ここは設備が整っていて一回で色々と済ませられるので、紹介状をもらって大学病院などに行って検査をすることを考えると時間的にもこちらの方が良いと思いました。

以前は市販の栄養ドリンクを飲んだりしてましたが、効果はさほど感じられず。
高い栄養ドリンクを飲むくらいなら、同等の値段でにんにく注射を打った方よほど効きます(笑)
待合室はけっこう混んでいることが多いですが、待ち時間は許容範囲内といった感じ。
女医さんもスタッフさんも印象はいいです。

駅から徒歩5分で通いやすいということもあるのか、いつ行っても混んでる印象です。
設備は整っていて、先生やスタッフさんの対応もいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長いあいだ胃腸に違和感があり、一度きちんと検査をした方がいいだろうということで、会社の先輩のすすめでこちらのクリニックに。
15年前に一度だけ経験した胃カメラがものすごく苦しくてトラウマだったんですけど、今回こちらでの内視鏡検査は苦痛もなくあっという間に終わり拍子抜けしました。
院内はとてもきれいで、女性のお医者さんで親しみやすい感じです。

女性の先生でしたがものすごく忙しそうで、症状は全て看護師さんと話し、先生は看護師さんのメモを見るだけでした。
物を食べると気持ち悪く吐き気がすると看護師さんに話したところ、先生からは逆流性食道炎についてのパンフレットを渡され、検査もろくにせず返されました。
処方された逆流性食道炎の薬を飲みましたが治るどころかひどくなり、3日後に緊急入院となりそこから数ヶ月入院しました。
病名は伏せますが逆流性食道炎ではありませんでした。
あの時しっかり見てくれていたらと、このクリニックを選んでしまった自分に後悔しかありません。

土曜は待ち時間が長く、待合室も暑いです。
10年以上胃痛に悩んでいて、深刻で切実な思いだったので、検査結果を真っ先に聞きたいところ、いきなり挨拶もなく、「検査は毎年受けた方が良いので、案内送りますか？」と聞かれ、驚きました。来年もここで受けるかは、今後の診察がよかったら決めることだと思います。検査数増やして、お金儲けのことしか考えてないように感じ、不快で、即断りました。
診察は、無愛想で患者の話を全然聞こうともせず、質問すると面倒臭そうに返答するのでとても不快です。
「毎日薬を飲んで」と言われたので飲んでましたが、薬を飲むと気持ち悪くなり、薬が合いません。かかりつけの薬剤師に相談し、飲むのをやめるよう指示を受けました。
話を聞いて患者の状態に合った薬を処方しようという姿勢が見られないので、適当に処方されているように感じます。二度と行きません。
受付対応は、感じの良い方と良くない方がいます。検査前の担当の看護師さんは、とても優しく、検査当日の看護師さんは、とてもテキパキしています。
