★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの神社は「式内社」とされているがこれは明治時代初期にこの地方が属していた豊岡県庁が認定したもので、延喜式神名帳に記載された「木積神社」がここであるというのは無理がある。名前のもとになった「木積山」は京丹後市大宮町周枳・明田・久住・河辺にまたがる山であり、やはり京丹後市大宮町久住の「木積神社」が式内社ではないか。
こちらは江戸時代以前には「山王宮」と呼ばれていたとか。「山王宮」なら天台宗の守護神・大山咋命が祀られていたのでは？

It is impossible to have it. "Kizumiyama", which is the origin of the name, is a mountain that straddles Shuho, Akeda, Kusumi, and Kawabe, Omiya-cho, Kyotango-shi.
This was called "Sannomiya" before the Edo period. In the case of "Sannomiya", the guardian deity of the Tendai sect, Oyama, was enshrined.
