The moment I ate a bite, I heard a voice saying "Uma". The miso of Jajamen is really delicious. Chitantan is also really delicious. I wanted to go to Morioka again to eat this.

You should have it more than three times to meet your favorite taste. Shall we find your own taste of Morioka Jajamen noodles. Cashless payment is not available here.
M	Michael Vachette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent jajamen!!!. Owner kindly explained the menu and how to eat. It's a bit difficult to find because it is in the basement of the building (B1F) and not on the first floor like google maps suggests.

Note that the restaurant is a bit hidden. It's on floor B1, and there isn't much signage outside, so just trust where Google maps says it is.
