医事課か受付か、大森という従業員がいますが最悪です。言葉が押し付けがましくとても無礼な対応でした。この病院は、病院なんて殿様商売で経営できるといまだに思っているのかもしれませんが中小の民間病院なんて潰すのは簡単です。

医事課だか受付だか知りませんか大森という職員の応対態度が悪かったです。はっきり言って殿様商売の無礼者です。 病院から書類を送ってくるのが遅いのが悪いのに、前に貸しをつくったことをたてにしてこちらに医療費支払の問題解決を押し付けてきました。苦情を言われる覚えはないのに苦情を言われる、こんな屈辱はありません。対応はしましたが、押し付けてきた態度や言葉遣いは民間病院とは思えない最悪のものでサービス精神はありませんでした。病院で接遇マナー研修をやり直したほうが良いです。

一人ずつ丁寧に色々な説明をしていただき驚きました。職員同士の情報伝達もきちんとされていて、素晴らしいと思います。

年老いた親がお世話になりましたが、残念な病院でした。 整形外科の外来、循環器の外来と入院でしたが、診療頂いた先生はやる気なさそうに話す方だったり、とても偉そうに話す方だったり。 経営は大変なのだとは思いますが、手術をしたり積極的治療をしたり、点数が稼げてお金になる患者にのみ熱心で、他の患者はさっさと追い出そうという気持ちが露骨に感じられ、お世話にはなったもののとても残念です。 多くの看護師さん、受付の方は気持ちの良い方でしたので、なおさら惜しいです。 正直なところ、医療的な技術以前にあまりかかりたくないと思う病院です。

今日自分は 高血圧からくる腎臓機能の低下の為 初めて診てもらいました。 待ち時間が長くて忘れられてるんじゃないとかと思いましたが 診察を受けてわかりました。 非常勤の方でしたが 親切丁寧な説明など 色々時間をかけながらこちらに解りやすく話ながら絵に書いてくれたので 何もわからなかった自分も理解出来ました。 また1ヶ月後に診察してもらうのですが ぜひまた診察してもらいたいと思いました。
