さ	さんぼん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳鼻科の先生は怖い感じもありましたが、サバサバしてるだけかも。看護師さんは優しかったです。受付は、流れ作業的な感じかな。建物が古いとこがあるのと、売店に寄ったらゴキブリが歩いてたので、絶対ここでは買わないと決めました。気持ち悪かったです。 The otolaryngologist was scared, but maybe he's just slacking off. m	m ju on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応最低です。少し受け付け遅れてしまうんだけれども診察って無理ですよね？と無理を承知で電話しました。無理なら『そうなんですよね、近々来られる日はなさそうですか？』とか言い方が他にもあるのに笑いながら『あ〜無理ですね〜！明日じゃだめなんですか？』って。明日行けるんだったら電話してねーんだよ。小澤先生はすごく良い方なのにもったいない。
山	山田太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病院長の事を書かれてる方が多いですが、院長は最悪ですよ。胃腸炎になり急遽診てもらったんですが、症状の説明し出したらお口にチャックの仕草。間髪いれず、専属?の看護師が『話は短く完結に!!』イラっとしましたが流したんですよ。そしたらば問診をすませ院長声小さくて何言ってるかわからん?必死に聞きました。んで何故か電子カルテ作成が横に座ってる事務員。事務員がカルテ作成して良いのか?って疑問です。はっきり言って、院長が病院の評判下げてると思いますよ。女帝みたいな院長でした。追伸です、救急で診て貰おうと思って電話をしたら１ヶ月以内に診察してない患者は救急でみれません!!って言われました。そんな病院初耳です。ちなみに、ここの副院長、院長の息子ですが、3年位前に診察してもらい、胆嚢に結石はあるが手術する程ではない!とハッキリ言われましたが、痛くても１年位市販薬で誤魔化してました、１年後我慢が出来ずに町医者に駆け込んだら、今すぐ手術しないと胆嚢破裂して死んじゃうよ!!って言われそのまま緊急手術、誤診された訳です。ここは危険な病院の１つですよ。 Many people write about the hospital director, but the director is the worst. と	とあるママ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日母が内科でお世話になりました。診察はスムーズで診察をして下さった先生と看護師さんには大変お世話になりました。ですが帰りのシャトルバスを待っていた際に外科の診察室から怒声？罵声が聞こえてきたのには恐怖を感じました。直前に入っていった患者は高齢の方だったので怒鳴っていたのは医師だと思います。まさかとは思いますが患者に怒鳴っていたのでしょうか。看護師さんに向けてだとしも有り得ないと思いますが。私と同じように思った方もいたらしく皆さん顔を見合わせていました。 My mother took care of me in internal medicine today. T	Take O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受診する科によってまた、先生によって受ける対応、こちらがうける感じは異なると思います。耳鼻科のN部長先生は患者さんによりそうやさしいお人柄、お医者様としての技量（元千葉大学講師でおられるはず）は私がいままでかかったお医者さんの中も特に秀でておられます。おそらく配下の先生方も受け継がれておらえるのでは。時節側お忙しいと思いますので、どうか体調をお崩しにならない様にお祈り申し上げます。一方、父が間質性肺炎で入院した呼吸器内科はこれが最後の砦と言われた、ステロイド療法を施術した際に、私が”現状と今後の見込みについて教えて頂きたい”と担当医先生お休みのため、呼吸器内科部長先生に看護師さん経由で内線電話で問い合わせて頂いたところ、”特に何も無い”　との事。それも看護師さん経由で。個人的にはこのご対応、非常に残念でした。（少なくともそのような状況では、悪いニュースにしろ直接家族に説明頂きたかったです。）確かに高齢で状態が悪かったにしろ、一言でも患者や家族に寄り添うお言葉を頂ければと思いましたが。。。その辺の心配りは全くありません。（その後。父は数日後亡くなりました。）星の評価は上記の両極端の５と１を平均して３とさせていただきます。実際に担当頂いた主治医のO先生、看取って頂いた当直の先生、看護師さんの方々には一生懸命に対応頂きとても感謝しております。
