今まで行った病院の中で最低!! 外来はまだいいが、病棟の看護師、事務員はいつも不機嫌そうで不愛想。医者も横柄で口の利き方が悪い。スタッフ同士も仲が良くないのか情報共有が全然出来ていない。 不満を書き上げればきりがない。 母も二度と行きたくないと言っているし、自分の周りでもすこぶる評判が悪い。

馴染みの病院が休業だったので、検索してバイクの事故で訪院。鎮痛剤を飲んでいると申告したのに1時間半待ってもまだ。ズキズキが激しくなってきたので他の病院に行きました。救急車で行けばよかったのかな。 トリアージというか優先順位とかの概念を取り入れて欲しい。

父の最後を看取った病院なので父が亡くなった後も利用してたが、今日久しぶりに行くと代わる代わる来る職員に一から同じ説明を求められ最後に来た職員に引き継ぎはないのか尋ねたところ「ない」との事、正直驚きました。引き継ぎがしっかり出来ない病院はヒューマンエラーが多い可能性があると言う事。診察券も返却して帰りました。二度と行かない行きたくない。緊急搬送でも行きたくない病院です。

悪い意味で噂通り。地域No.1 ここの口コミだけでなく、私の周りでもあまり評判は良くないです。 大きい病院は職員が横柄な所が多いですが、ここの酷さは別格です。 特に事務員は話し掛けてもなかなか返事をしないし、やっと対応してくれるのかと思ったら露骨にめんどくさそうな態度。 看護師も対応が雑でいつも怒っているような口調。 お医者「様」もとても偉そうで人を見下した態度。 もちろん全員がそうだという訳ではありませんが、感じの悪い人の存在が目立つんですよね。職員同士の仲も悪そうだと感じることがありました。その辺が業務の連携の悪さに繋がっているのかも。

総評すると全体的に分かりにくいです。まず敷地内と隣接に提携駐車場がありますが精算機で№を入力して駐車券を発行してから病院に入りましょう。会計時に割引してくれます。駐車券を発行しておかないと精算に往復を強いられます。病人には酷です。 カウンターで受付が終わるとクリアファイルと診察券の入ったネックストラップが渡されます。検査や診察でクリアファイルを医師や看護師に渡します。すべての診察が終わったら、受付をした会計カウンターにあるボックスにファイルを戻します。戻さないと計算されません。診察室と連動はしてません。 確かに会計カウンターに書いて貼ってありましたが、初診で気づかなかったので分からないまま1時間座ってました。 まぁルールだから仕方ない。 会計は薬代込で現金払いです。院内に京葉銀行のATMがあります。 薬は会計の隣りで受け取れるので便利です。 周りの低い評価がありますが私個人は診療に関しては丁寧な対応だったと感じました。 勝手が分からないと評価は下がるし病院側もその都度説明を強いられます。お互いに良いことはありません。 高齢者や車椅子の方も多く利用方法や案内、導線は来院者への優しさの観点からの改善が必要と思いました。 特に会計カウンターの車椅子対策は何とかすべきと思います。
