特に伊丹から但馬空港行きは鹿児島とのシェア便なので、鹿児島から飛ばない場合は必然的に欠航になってしまいます。
但馬空港については、天候が崩れて飛ばない場合も多々あるので余裕を持って利用すべき空港と言えます。

建物の中に、お土産屋さんや茶店があります。また但馬銀行のキャッシュディスペンサーもあります。
駐車場代は無料です。身障者用の駐車スペースもあります。
3階の屋上は、見晴らしも良く、小さな子供たちを連れた近所のおじいちゃんもよく見かけます。
