★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広くて子どもを安全に遊ばせられます。遊具はないので、ボールとかもって行くといいと思います。
 It is spacious and allows children to play safely. There are no playground equipment, so I think it's a good idea to bring a ball.

夕方に行ったら、他に誰もいなくて、自由に過ごせました。
芝生がかなり広く、周りにアスファルトの道があります。
飛行機も見られるので、好きな子にはとても良いと思います。
駐車場も無料でした。
I went to practice cycling for my child.
When I went there in the evening, I was free to spend time without anyone else.
The lawn is fairly wide and there is an asphalt road around it.
I can see the airplane, so I think it's very good for my favorite child.
Parking was also free.

近くに無料の駐車場もあります。
豊岡市内でボールなどを使って遊べる所が少ないですが、この場所はかなり広いのでボール遊びや凧揚げも電線を気にすることなく出来ます。
サッカーコートもありました。
屋外なのでコロナ対策をする必要がほとんど必要ないので、ピクニックシート持参でランチも開放的になるのでお薦めです。
２つほど簡単な遊具があります。

There are few places in Toyooka where you can play with balls, but since this place is quite large, you can play with balls and fly kites without worrying about electric wires.

Since it is outdoors, there is almost no need to take measures against corona, so it is recommended to bring a picnic seat so that lunch will be open.
