まいたけカレー まいたけうどん。
そして撮り忘れましたがピザも注文しました。
リーズナブルでとてもおいしかったです。
コロナ対策もしっかりされており安心して食事できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 432号をのんびり車を走らせていると、ほんの少しの高台に舞茸工場があります。駐車場は、まいたけ工場の前の民家？の前の庭に適当に駐車します。
食堂はお姉さん1人が切り盛りされていますので少し時間が掛かる感じです。それでも入店出来なくて外で並ぶ事はないと思いますが混まない12時前に入店された方が宜しいかと。
売りは栽培されている舞茸をそこで食べられること。
値段はそこで栽培しているのを加味すると安くもなく、高くもないが茸の量は多め。まぁ、そうなりますね。

The price is not cheap and not expensive considering that it is cultivated there, but the amount of mushrooms is large. Well, that's right.

まいたけの天ぷらがたくさん入ったカレーうどんをいただきました?
天ぷらは衣が薄いのでまいたけをしっかり味わえて良かったです。
いつも一人で調理されてるのかしら?❓
お客さんが多いとかなり時間がかかると思います⏳

在庫がない、時間がかかる、量が減った、値段が上がった、画像と見た目が違う、など
多数問題はありますが、この過疎地で生き残ってる数少ない専門食堂。
舞茸惣菜はなかなか売ってないし、
スーパーで買った250円前後の量の物を揚げる手間を考えても、舞茸天ぷらが400円ならお得かと。茸好きなので満足でした。ちなみに居酒屋だとあれが800円で出てくる。

Maitake delicatessen is hard to sell
Considering the time and effort of frying the amount of food that I bought at the supermarket for around 250 yen, I thought it would be a good deal if the Maitake Tempura was 400 yen. I was happy because I like mushrooms. By the way, at an izakaya, that comes out for 800 yen.

八天堂カフェリエの体験に行く際、お昼ごはんを食べるために伺いました。
急な坂を登った上にありました。
舞茸ふれあいの里にある食堂✨
隠れ家の様な雰囲気が素敵です。
スリッパに履き替えてお店に入ります。
舞茸天はサックサク?
さすが舞茸屋さんだなぁと思いました！
舞茸うどんを頼みましたが、天ぷらが、たくさんのっていて嬉しかったです。
おこわとピザも食べましたが、どれも美味しい?
でも1番は天ぷらがおすすめです?
肉厚というわけではないけど、そのおかげでサックサクになるんですね?
歯ごたえと風味がとても良いです。
舞茸収穫体験もできる様なので、また伺いたいです。

I ate okowa and pizza, but they are all delicious ?
But the first one is tempura ?

The texture and flavor are very good.

スペシャルにしなくてもかなりのボリュームの天ぷらども。
また、まいたけ愛が感じられるメニュー構成。次回はまいたけピザに挑戦したい。
連れが食べてた舞茸ラーメンは想像通り。
業務用の醤油スープに代わり映えのしない麺。天ぷら中華的におもしろいけど、やっぱうどんかな。
舞茸好きな人にはおすすめ。
あとは話のネタにもなるかな？

現在建屋の方での食事は予約営業とされており、もっぱら近くにあるふれあい広場で営業されています。
広場内には移動販売車を並べ青空の下、舞茸を使った各種料理を販売。
オーダーは券売機にてニコニコ現金払い。
本日は❝舞茸天ぷらうどん￥600❞をいただきました。
思った以上に大量な舞茸天ぷらｗ
揚げ立ての天ぷらは薄衣でサックサク。
舞茸の風味、味がとても強い。
麺もコシのある美味しいもので、とても合います。
少し囲っただけの開放的な雰囲気の中で食べるこちらの料理は旨い！
うどんだけではなく、他のメニューもきっとイケることでしょう。
広場の端では鯉の釣り堀なんかが有ったりし、まったりした時間を過ごせます。
駐車スペースは広場内に、特に区切りは無いのでどこでもＯＫ！
営業時間は10時から15時ですが、メニューによっては売り切れも多々あるので、訪問するなら早目が良いでしょう。

The flavor and taste of Maitake mushrooms are very strong.
The noodles are also chewy and delicious, and go very well.
This dish is delicious to eat in an open atmosphere just surrounded by a little!
Not only udon but also other menus will surely be cool.
There is a carp fishing pond at the edge of the square, so you can spend a relaxing time.
The parking space is in the plaza, and there is no particular division, so it's OK anywhere!
Business hours are from 10 am to 3 pm, but some menus are sold out, so it's best to visit early.
