★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの天ぷらうどんは、ほんとみんっなに食べてもらいたい。米粉を使っていて揚げたてサクサクで、それがうどんのお出汁を吸ってほんとに美味しいんです！
最近ちょっと少食なんだけど、お汁も飲んじゃう。つい飲んじゃう。
イベントにもよくキッチンカーで出店されてて、その天ぷらも絶品なんですが、お店だと並ばなくていいので私はこっち派です。
もちろん舞茸そのものも美味しいです。水に拘って栽培されてて、香りのしっかりした肉厚の舞茸です。
収穫体験にも行きましたが、珍しくて息子（7歳♂）もよろこんでました。あんまり知られてないのが残念すぎる。

It is a bit of a snack recently, but I will also have soup. I will drink it.
Even the event is often opened in a kitchen car, its tempura is also excellent, but I am a factionalist because it is not necessary to be in a shop.
Of course, Maiumu itself is tasty. It is cultivated regardless of the water, and it is thick mushroom with a firm aroma.
I also went to a harvest experience, but unusually my son (7 years old ♂) was also glad. I am sorry that not much is known.

帰宅してからも舞茸天麩羅で大満足。
これからの時期は屋外での食事は辛いかも…

うどんはこねるところから始めてるのかと思うくらい遅いですが、市販の麺でした。
大体、一組につき1時間くらいかかります。
事前に特に告知もありませんし、フォローもありません。
次の予定がある場合は避けた方が無難です。
味は普通ですが、舞茸は美味しいです。
