★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掬水 特別会席 11,000コース（夜）を3人で頂きました。
雰囲気も【凛とした中に優しさがある】ため居心地がよく、また、美味しくなる雰囲気を追加されるお給仕の方ばかりでとても良い時間を過ごしました。
こういったご時世でしたのでアルコール提供不可でしたが、逆にお料理の美味しさを鋭敏に感じることができ堪能できました。
機会を作りまた伺います。

 We had a special Kaiseki 11,000 course (night) for 3 people.
The atmosphere is also [dignified and gentle], so it's comfortable, and I had a very good time with only the waiters who added an atmosphere that made it delicious.
I couldn't serve alcohol because it was such a time, but on the contrary, I was able to keenly feel the deliciousness of the food and enjoy it.
I will make an opportunity and visit again.

I had a lunch of matsutake mushrooms. With heartfelt hospitality and food, I was able to enjoy a relaxing autumn time. It was a feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理を見て"五味五色五方" この言葉を思い出しました。五色とは、白、黒、黄、赤、青。 五味とは、甘い、塩辛い、酸っぱい、苦い、辛い。 五法とは、焼く、煮る、揚げる、蒸す、漬ける。 和食の基本を忠実に網羅しており、こんなに美味しく、感動して、記憶に残る和食は久しぶりです。特に天婦羅には感動しました。今迄食べた中で断トツの１位です。
また機会があれば再食したいですね。
Looking at the food, I remembered this word, "Gomi, Goshoku, Gokata." The five colors are white, black, yellow, red, and blue. Gomi is sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and spicy. The five methods are baking, simmering, frying, steaming, and pickling. It faithfully covers the basics of Japanese food, and it's been a while since I've had such delicious, touching, and memorable Japanese food. I was particularly impressed with the tempura. It's the best I've ever eaten.
I would like to eat again if I have the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割烹料理屋さんらしい料理の数々美味しかったです。でも、今回は酒も呑まずに食べたのもあるのか、なるほどと唸るほどの料理では無かった。店内、トイレ、客室には清潔感を感じました。仕出し屋さんが運営されてるとの事で、料理の色合いは素敵でした。
Many of the dishes that are typical of a Japanese restaurant were delicious. But this time, I ate it without drinking alcohol, so it wasn't a groaning dish. I felt a sense of cleanliness in the store, toilets, and guest rooms. It was said that a caterer was running, and the color of the food was wonderful.
