慎	慎二田中 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西峰,中央峰,東峰の三つのピークがあるが、西峰が一番開けていて、運が良ければ富士山を眺めることができる。 There are three peaks, Nishimine, Chuo peak, and East peak, but if you are lucky, you can see Mt. Fuji.

田	田中信宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都民の森に車を止めて、時計回りで歩きました。都民の森の駐車場が朝８時にしか開かないので、開門まで少し待ち、森林館からブナの路コースを歩きました。出だしのウッドチップの道はふかふかで歩きやすく、気分は爽快でした。三頭大滝、ブナの路テラスを経て緩やかに登り、もうピークを過ぎているけれどなかなか綺麗な紅葉を眺めながら、ムシカリ峠まで２時間弱をかけました。そこから20分で西峰(1,524.5m)、中央峰(1,531m)そして東峰(1,527.5m)へと順にピークを越えました。それが3つあるからその名前がついたんだなとわかります。曇りだったため景色はほぼ楽しめず、残念でした。見張らし小屋から鞘口峠までは杉林をジグザグに下ります。登りに使うと疲れそうだったので、このコースが良いと思います。お手軽ハイキングでしたが、自然がたっぷりで気に入りました。(2015.10.31山行) I parked my car in the forest of the citizens of Tokyo and walked clockwise. The parking lot of the Tokyo Citizen's Forest opens only at 8 am, so I waited for a while until the gate opened and walked along the beech road course from the forest hall. The woodchip road at the beginning was fluffy and easy to walk, and I felt refreshed. I climbed gently through Mitsuto Otaki and Beech Road Terrace, and it took less than 2 hours to reach Musikari Pass while watching the beautiful autumn leaves, which have already passed the peak. In 20 minutes from there, the peaks were crossed in order to the west peak (1,524.5m), the central peak (1,531m), and the east peak (1,527.5m). You can tell that it got its name because there are three of them. It was cloudy so I couldn't enjoy the scenery, which was a shame. From the guard hut to the Scabbard Pass, go down the cedar forest in a zigzag manner. I think this course is good because I felt tired when I used it for climbing. It was an easy hike, but I loved the nature. (2015.10.31 Yamayuki)
