★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前の店舗を良く利用するが、品揃えはこちらの店舗のほうが良いので、急ぎのフィルム現像でなければ、こちらに来ます。自現機維持してくれている貴重な店舗が二店も利用出来る環境に感謝。

My elderly father went to take an ID photo to return his driver's license. I entered the store in a wheelchair, but they were very kind to me and took a beautiful ID photo. Thank you very much.

混んでおらず、丁寧な接客、素早いプリント、カメラの汚れの指摘など、とても頼もしく感じました。訪れるごとに割引率がよくなるようなので、これからもたくさん利用させて頂きたいです。
一つ気になったのは、店長なのか顧問なのか年配の店員さんです。
私達と同時刻に来店していたカメラに詳しいようなお客さんと、お若い店員さんが少し揉めているようでした。
そのお客さんが出て行ったあと、年配の店員さんが、「そうやって頭ごなしに断るんじゃなくてさぁ…」と注意していました。
私はそれを注意するよりも、年配の方が
「お話代わります」と接客を代わり、長年の経験と知識で穏便にお客さんに応対するところを見たかったと思いました。
甘やかしては育たないとのお考えからかもしれませんが、お若い店員さんにその背中を見せ、どう対応するかを颯爽と見せつける方が、この人のようになりたい、店を支えていきたいなどの若い志が育つとも思います。
私への接客はそのお若い方が担当して下さいましたが、丁寧な物腰や技術に大満足です。
ご年配の店員さんの若い方への言葉使いが丁寧ではなかったので、職場の上下関係がひしひしと伝わってきました。そのことで店での待ち時間も居心地悪く感じましたので☆-1させて頂きました。

I wanted to see how to respond to customers comfortably with many years of experience and knowledge, instead of serving customers, saying, "I'll talk to you."
It may be because you think that you will not grow up spoiled, but I want to be like this person and support the store by showing the young clerk his back and showing how to respond dashingly. I think that young ambitions such as will grow.
The young person was in charge of serving me, but I am very satisfied with his polite demeanor and technique.
The wording of the elderly clerk to the younger ones was not polite, so the hierarchical relationship of the workplace was conveyed. As a result, I felt uncomfortable waiting at the store, so I decided to make it ☆ -1.
