ユ	ユヅキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関鉄竜ヶ崎駅の前にあったショッピングセンターリブラが閉店し、最後まで残ってたダイソーはこっちに移るのかなーと期待してましたが、ありませんでした。ドンキとヤマダ電機があるので近所に住んでいる身としては便利ですが、いかんせん空き店舗が多すぎて勿体なく感じる。駅前の店としては珍しく駐車場が無料なためか、休日は車が多い。 I was hoping that the shopping center Ribra in front of Sekitetsu Ryugasaki Station would close, and Daiso, which remained until the end, would move here, but it wasn't there. 1	1375 sk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生ける廃墟…？ 2022年4月11日訪問ドンキホーテとヤマダ電機が入居する本館と飲食店･カラオケ店等が入居する別館の2館体制。グランドオープンは恐らく2007年初頭。グランドオープン時は比較的珍しい食品スーパーが入居していないモールでした。当時のテナントはヤマダ電機やシルク(100均)、GU、セブンイレブン、urban square(ボウリング･ゲーム)、ファーストキッチン等… 現在のテナントはヤマダ電機やドンキホーテ、かねたや、びっくりドンキー(別館)、カラオケ店(別館)等… やはり周辺地域人口が少ないからなのか不明ですが、時が経つにつれテナントが減っていってる印象です。 2012年6月にドンキホーテが入居して生鮮食品こそ無いものの食料品を購入できるように。しかし、テナントは今でもガラ空きで本館1階はドンキホーテ以外全て空きテナント…2階もルームデコかねたやとヤマダ電機が入居している程度。前回来たときはJOYPLAZA(元urban square)は営業していましたが、コロナ禍以前の2019年に閉店。後釜を期待していましたが、無理そうです… ドンキホーテは安いのもあってか平日の日中にも関わらず、混んでいたのでモールの方も頑張ってほしいです。
