昼すぎには品切れが多く見られるためなるべく午前中に行くといいかも。
駐車場は１０００円買うごとに一時間、無料で駐車券とレシートを二階のサービスカウンターに持っていく！！

イズミヤが関東から撤退して、現在、エコスたいやらが出店しています。3階はゴールドジム、2階は南部珈琲、アジア料理を中心としたレストランが開店、タピオカ飲料のお店「運茶」が出店しています。
南部珈琲は11:00～15:00までランチタイム(牛丼やハンバーグ定食、うどん等)やっています。
1階のエコスたいやらは、主に食品を取り扱いしています。大変、品が多いお店です。
2022年5下旬頃、2階に、ダイソーとパシオスが開店する予定です。
また、牛久駅もエスカード2階に繋ぐ歩道橋を大幅に改装中です。完成予定は10月頃らしいです

生活雑貨の店、タピオカ屋さん、喫茶店、カレー屋さんなど活気が戻るといいですね。
冬は駅との連絡橋がイルミネーションで飾られて綺麗です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スーパーが1Fに入ってます。品揃えは生活には困らないレベルで十分だと思います。ただ、牛久大仏に行った帰りに地元のスーパーでしか手に入らなそうな物を求めてお伺いしたのですが…そういった物はほぼ無かった…orz
