a	amore imazu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鱧しゃぶコースを食べに再訪問しました。話好きの店主との会話を楽しみながら、美味しく頂きました。初めての鱧料理はどれも美味しかったけど、特に鱧寿司と鱧東雲焼は最高でした。予約時にオーダーしておいた酒粕のムースも美味しかった。葛打ち鱧の梅肉掛け鱧寿司鱧落とし鱧天婦羅鱧東雲焼鱧しやぶと饂飩酒粕のムースさっと食べるセルフうどんもいいけど、落ち着いてゆっくり食べるうどんも良かった。しかも打ち立てのうどんは最高でした。太麺でコシがありもちもちしたうどんでした。メニューは3種類のコースだけでした。かけうどんは苦手ないりこ出汁だったけど、ゆずがトッピングされていたので、美味しく頂きました。肉うどんの肉は柔らかく、出汁は程よい甘さであっさりした肉うどんになっていました。コースの前菜もよかったけどデザートの甘酒のムースは特に美味しく頂きました。店主さんもとても感じが良かった。場所はとても行きにくい所だけど、行ってよかった。夜は予約一組で営業しているとのこと、大切な人と行きたいけど、遠いな。 I revisited to eat the conger shabu-shabu course. M	Minoru M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金刀比羅参り帰りの夕食に訪問しました。コロナ下で1組限定で予約ということで安心して食事することができました。器含めどの料理も洗練されており、おいしくいただきました。うどん目当てでしたが、アマゴ、鱧など旬の魚料理も大変美味しかったです。なお、金比羅宮は参道のお店含め夏季でも18時には閉まってしまうので、早い時間の予約のほうがいいかもしれません（19時に予約したものの時間が潰せずご迷惑をかけてしまいました） I visited for dinner on the way back from Kotohira. I was able to eat with confidence because I made a reservation for only one group under the corona. Vessel, including any cuisine has also been refined, we had delicious.
