広くはないですがそんなに混むこともない(はず)ですし、普通の人には十分満足できるレベルです。
If you register on the first floor, you can use the training room for free.
It's not big, but it shouldn't be so crowded (and should be), and it's a satisfactory level for ordinary people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの総会を開催しましたが、90名定員の多目的ホールがソーシャルディスタンスで3分の１定員の30名と言われていました。最終的に出席者23名でしたので丁度良く利用する事が出来ました。
We held a general meeting of condominiums, and it was said that the multipurpose hall with a capacity of 90 people had a social distance of 30 people, which is one-third of the capacity. In the end, there were 23 attendees, so I was able to use it just right.
