かなり前から予約しておかないと良い時間は中々とれないなでご注意を。
ちなみにここで結婚式をあげることもできます。お料理も上野の有名老舗中華料理店が担当してくれますので、建物の見た目が結婚式場ぽくないだけで、結婚式としてはなんの違和感もありません。
この結婚式プランもかなりお得価格でした。
 Taito Ward corporations and residents of Taito Ward can use the halls and conference rooms at low prices.
Please note that you will not be able to get a good time unless you make a reservation long ago.
By the way, you can also have a wedding here. Ueno's famous long-established Chinese restaurant is in charge of cooking, so the building does not look like a wedding hall, and there is no sense of discomfort as a wedding ceremony.
This wedding plan was also quite good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会館内は使った事が無いですが一階に有る駐車場を観光バスにて利用、基本は予約制ですが、空いていれば入れます、後、どんなバスでも止めれるのか？と、聞かれれば、高さ制限が有ります、3.3mです。
駐車場に入る時の進行方向も決まっていますので要注意‼
I have never used the hall, but I use the parking lot on the first floor by sightseeing bus. Basically, reservations are required, but if it is available, I can enter it. After that, can I stop any bus? When asked, there is a height limit, 3.3m.
Please note that the direction of travel when entering the parking lot is also fixed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is not for the community centre but for the restaurant on the eighth floor run by Seiyokan.
The food is really excellent and reasonably priced for Seiyokan quality, though with slightly small servings. Unlimited tea and coffee with the good value lunches.
Extremely clean but the atmosphere is more company canteen than restaurant.
