こ	こじまよしゆき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空いている時間に一人で昼食。すると常連さんが新年会の予約に来られましたが、店主から提示されたご予算がとてもリーズナブルで、驚きました。中国北方から来日して１〇年とのこと、色々ご苦労されたであろうに、明るく人と接する姿に、何故か郷愁を誘われます。・焼餃子には鴨肉と生姜がたっぷりで、個性的。小籠包風だなと思ったけど、鴨の油だったのかも…だとしたらちょっと贅沢な一品ですね。・かすかに聞こえてくる中国語の音楽番組が、何やら異国の風情を醸し出します。この地に溶け込もうと頑張る中国のご夫婦を応援したくなりました。 ※再訪し、見たことがなくて気になっていた紹興酒をグラスで注文。紹興酒（三国演義）　１８年物だそうです。少し暖めて頂く。とても複雑で旨味がある。これはおすすめ。油多めで出てきた木須肉（ムースーロー）にも合います。 ※焼売が好きで２回目訪問でも注文しましたが、皮の一部が乾燥したかのような食感。冷凍物の様なので、仕方ないかな。 ※３回目の訪問おすすめされていた水餃子を実食。皮がモチモチして、うまい。具は、卵多めのニラ玉で塩味が丁度いい塩梅。老虎菜は臭くないパクチー入の中華サラダこれもおすすめ Lunch alone in my spare time.
