The distribution time is from 9:00 to 16:00, and it is closed during the Bon Festival and the New Year holidays.

ぐ	ぐいっぴん、あ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンホールカードを頂きました。割と目立たない佇まいです。桶川駅西口ロータリー脇に実物マンホールがある事を教えて頂きました。徒歩で10分くらいで着きました。 I received a manhole card. It has a relatively inconspicuous appearance. I was told that there is a real manhole beside the rotary at the west exit of Okegawa station. I arrived in about 10 minutes on foot.
D	Daisuke Sato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中山道宿場館が１階、桶川市観光協会が２階です。宿場館には散策コーナーがあり、桶川市の宿場情報、文化財や史跡、お寺など観光情報を手作りのマップと写真で紹介されていました。非常にわかりやすく、見どころが押さえられています。本建物の目の前が五街道『中山道』となっており、道路を挟んで向かいにある「桶川宿府川本陣跡」が参勤交代時の大名がかつて宿泊したところです。 ※宿の順路は大宮→上尾→【桶川(ここ)】→鴻巣→熊谷です。この建物近郊には大磐石など歴史を知るうえで重要な史跡が多く残されていました。特産物も紹介されており、山形県に次いで全国2番目の生産量を誇る「べに花」、特に「桶川臙脂（えんじ：べに花から得られる濃い赤色のこと）」の花が飾られています。これらのことを、当施設の窓口をされていたかなり元気な方に教えていただきました。歴史的にも重要な街の情報が集まっていて、街を代表する元気な方が運営されていたので、とても楽しく元気をもらえる施設です。 Nakayama Dojokan is on the 1st floor, and Okegawa City Tourism Association is on the 2nd floor. In the suburbs of this building, there were many historic sites such as Oiwaishi that are important for learning about history. Special products are also introduced, and the flowers of "Safflower", which boasts the second largest production in Japan after Yamagata Prefecture, especially "Okegawa safflower (enji: dark red color obtained from safflower)" are displayed. I learned these things from a fairly energetic person who was the contact person for this facility. Information on the historically important city is gathered, and it is operated by a cheerful person who represents the city, so it is a facility where you can have a lot of fun and energy.
