初めてお邪魔しましたが、大将のこだわりが凄くて出てくるネタが全て自分の想像を超えてきました。松輪サバ、鹿児島のアジ、五島のノドグロ、クロマグロの大トロなど全部美味しかった!それなりの値段はしますがそれに見合った寿司が頂けます。

少し前に訪問。 寿司はけっこう美味しい。丁寧。 お値段相応です。 お店の中の雰囲気は落ち着いています。が、なんせWINSの裏の道路が湿ってる感じのちょっとアレなまさに繁華街の路地裏という雰囲気の立地なので外に出ると錦糸町を感じます。 ※お店は清潔で明るく綺麗です。 大将の指と爪を見たときは正直少しギョッとしてしまいましたが、よく考えたら金沢の小松弥助の大将もけっこう爪の色あったよなと思い気にしないことにしました。醤油や炭を扱えば色が着くのか、生まれつきなのか、とにかく清潔で美味ければ良い。 コースでしたが、品数、量とも大満足、というかちょい多いなと思いました。季節、旬を意識した食材選びをされています。 量的には若い方でも満足できると思います。 日本酒も品揃えが渋く、美味かった。 席が若干狭いかなという気はしますが、充分許容できる範囲。 某黒潮海閤と利用検討シーンが似るかもしれませんが、二択なら絶対にこちらがオススメ。 ※黒潮海閤は愛南の本店がつぶれたけど名前だけ使って首都圏繁華街に雰囲気だけの店をやたらと出し、新宿とかの"個室"居酒屋とか"肉バル"とかと同じようなプチボッタの新形態のお店という感想ですが、さかきばらはお値段通りの美味しい魚を出してくれます。 さかきばらは錦糸町かつ駅近という立地とお値段と味と雰囲気を考えれば使い勝手が良いお店だと思います。

Best sushi in Kinshicho! Foreigner friendly. They don't speak English but they make an effort. Had the seasonal special nigiri sushi. They also had a non sweet vinegar ginger I never tasted before. Will be back.
