There is little waiting time and they will respond kindly. The location is also good, about a 2-minute walk from Kameido Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A convenient branch for koto city hall just in the middle of koto city, it is about 3 minutes walk from kameido station and in front of the police station, It has bicycle parking ( free ) which is rare in this area.
The staff are friendly, there is no English interpreter but staff will try to get the things done.
You can enjoy exploring the events in the city in the announcements corner.
The procedure didn't seem to take much time.
It is a bit confusing to find the entrance, but the good thing that there are many entrances for the city hall office.
